If you have DeepFreeze on your computer, well, instead of rebooting, log off and log back in when it says to reboot.
(DeepFreeze compuers only, all others fully reboot to get full theme)

When you uninstall, it goes right back to XP view. This doesn't change the operating system, just changes the look of it.
